In theory the latest version will always be the file at the top, but the code repository part of the website has only just been written and is pretty poorly tested so you should probably check the release date before downloading!
I also realised I haven't included patch notes, I'll endeavour to do so in the future. This release simply fixes a bug which meant that WaitOnAnswer never blocked as it was meant to.
